Team Transient Absorption Spectroscopy, 2D Semiconductors

Explore the research group

Our research group, led by Junior Professor Jannika Lauth, develops innovative synthetic routes for ultrathin two-dimensional semiconductor materials by strategically combining wet-chemical techniques. Combining expertise from chemistry, physics and materials science, our interdisciplinary team aims to unravel the structure–property relationships of these materials and unlock their potential for next-generation optoelectronics. Together, we design new approaches for the controlled synthesis of functional nanostructures.
